Autobus Gatineau is going digital! Monthly subscription cards are now available online. This transition will allow you to buy your monthly card in the comfort of your home. Please note from February 1st, it will no longer be possible to pay your monthly pass directly to your driver.


HOW TO OBTAIN YOUR NEXT MONTHLY CARD ?


You access our online ticketing by clicking on the "BILLETTERIE"


Once you have accessed the online ticketing service, you click on the "Monthly Pass" button and provide information about your identity and the route you want to travel during the month.


Once your transaction is complete, the sales platform will send you the details of your transaction that you can keep and a monthly card on which there will be the following information: your name, your origin and your destination (round trip), the month for which the card is valid and the QR code that will be scanned by the driver at each boarding.


You can simply cut out your card which, once folded, has a credit card format. Your card must be presented to the driver at each boarding. This monthly pass is non-transferable and non-refundable. Photo ID may be required at the time of boarding.


HOW TO ACTIVATE YOUR ACCOUNT ?


In order to facilitate the purchase and follow-up of all your transactions, we strongly suggest that you activate your client account. To do this, you must follow the following steps:


  • Locate your nine-digit customer number (located on any transaction receipt near your name) If you can not find it, contact our customer service department, who will be happy to help you.
  • Go to the BILLETTERIE and click on "Log In"
  • You will need to follow the procedures for resetting your password by clicking on "Forgot your password"
  • Once your password is reset by following the instructions received by email, you will be able to access your account

WEEKLY PASS


Our price list for workers also includes a fee for weekly pass. Unfortunately, these cards are not available online and will still have to be paid in cash or by check directly to the driver. We also inform you that the weekly cards will soon be replaced by 5 or 10 pass LIVRET ÉCONOMIQUE that offer discounts of 25% and 30% off the one-way fare, respectively. The LIVRET ÉCONOMIQUE are valid for one year. For example, a passenger who holds a LIVRET ÉCONOMIQUE of 10 tickets and uses four of them in one week will be able to use the other six within 12 months of the date of purchase when it suits him.
